You may print your Fall Pre-Registration Form online for MUL dance classes.  Please note that you will not be able to pay your registration fee online and will need to make a payment at the studio or you may mail to 4111 Greenbriar Dr. Suite B, Stafford, Texas 77477. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact a staff member at the studio at 281-240-8276.  If you would like to come in and register at the MUL studio, you may print the Fall Pre-Registration Form here.  Please fill out the form and return it with a payment to let us know your child’s interest for our up-coming dance season.  We look forward to an exciting dance season, and we thank you for your business and your trust in our abilities to help your children with their dance education.
